    Product overview

    The system uses an oxy-fuel torch to cut mild steel bar grating. By slowly feeding a carbon steel solid welding wire into the preheat flame, the torch creates a molten spray that instantly preheats the bars as the cutting oxygen stream approaches. An automatic rotation system turns the lower unit so that the molten spray is always leading the cutting oxygen. This allows the torch to move continuously in an automated pattern without stopping or slowing to preheat each bar.
